Joseph Poch
Joe has been working in production for nearly 2 decades, and has experience in multiple aspects of the industry, including project management, lighting design, CAD, system programming, and live event planning. He is a Berklee College of Music grad and former Circuit City employee with a certain affinity for traditional Celtic music. Joe also enjoys extraordinarily salty Chinese food, good whiskey, and methodically improving the flight simulator that he built in his basement (for science).

Wessley Stern
Wessley is the go-to AVL Systems Engineer with over a decade of experience turning complex client dreams into seamless AVL reality. Known for his knack for designing killer performance PA rigs and crafting flawless control systems, he’s also the business brain behind project management and strategy at a company he’s been with since day one. With certifications like CTS and Dante Level 3, and a degree in business to boot, Wessley’s the total package. His proudest hits include designing a touring-worthy PA system for UCCC and bringing RHC’s multi-year AVL vision to life. When he’s not rigging or tuning systems, you’ll find him camping, dirt biking, pumping iron, or—believe it or not—gleefully reading manuals just for fun.

Matt Phillips
Matt is an accomplished professional in the audio, video, and lighting industry with extensive experience in systems design, sales, and entertainment lighting. Matt’s earlier career highlights include serving as an Entertainment Lighting Designer and Programmer with MattyP Lighting Design for eight years and as a trainer for Eos Family Consoles at Electronic Theatre Controls. During his free time, he loves to go outdoors and explore.

Steve Jagdharry
Steve may not have much hair on his head, but he has plenty on his face (and back). He is a cable pulling genius and a true craftsman, though he has recently stepped up his CAD game as well. He has a passion for archery hunting and the outdoors, probably because he doesn’t have to talk to people, and enjoys spending time with his dog and two girls. Steve is an incredibly chill human being and has stated publicly that he plans to open a cigar lounge and eventually retire in Jamaica, mon.

Braden Burson
Braden is an experienced AVL Systems Engineer and Marketing Lead, specializing in the AVL installation and marketing industry. In his multifaceted role, he combines technical expertise with creative marketing skills to drive both project success and brand visibility. Braden is responsible for marketing the company, engaging with clients to navigate important decisions, and serving as the key conduit through which projects flow seamlessly from concept to completion. In his free time, Braden loves to hike, watch movies, and spend time with his wife and daughter.

Jaydan Chain
Jaydan is an AVL Systems Engineer working in the Audio Visual Lighting Install Integration industry. His role focuses on specific project installations, including rigging, hanging speakers, and assembling multiple facets of an LED wall. With expertise in outdoor AVL systems and a talent for flying speakers, Jaydan ensures each installation meets the highest standards. In his free time, Jaydan enjoys camping, biking, and immersing himself in nature. If given the chance, he would happily embrace a life of solitude in the great outdoors.

Kayla Stern
Kayla plays a critical role at Lux AVL. Without her, the rest of us would probably forget to do even the simplest of administrative tasks. Outside of the office, she is a professional photographer, and knits a mad respectable quilt (though she often knits at the office as well, which has a strangely calming and grandmotherly effect on the rest of us). Like her husband Wessley, she enjoys various outdoor activities such as camping, boating, and spending time with family and her pup, Scout.
