Job Description

The Lux AVL Inc. Office Manager is responsible for maintaining processes and procedures to keep the Lux AVL Inc. office running smoothly and efficiently. THe position will provide day-to-day support to ensure workflow processes are followed, designing and implementing office administrative procedures, record-keeping systems and operational standards.

Job Duties
  • Front desk / receptionist duties
  • Develop & implement office administrative procedures ordering, shipping, & receiving
  • Maintain office records and other important documents
  • Track all business contact information and ensure up to date data is maintained.
  • Assist in managing general office calendar
  • Assist with booking travel and itinerary preparation
  • Support company marketing efforts and content creation
  • Assist with company book keeping
  • Other duties as assigned

AVL Systems Installation Engineer

AVL Systems Installation Engineer
Salary Range

$38,000 – $48,000/yr

Job Description

The Lux AVL Inc. AVL Systems Installation Engineer is responsible for consulting, designing, installing, programing and operating audio, video, and production lighting systems. The position will include communicating with and working to develop and implement plans for clients, project managers, architects, and event managers.

Job Duties
  • Communicate with customers and potential clients to develop a plan and provide information surrounding needs and solutions.
  • Complete and submit proposals and required documentation for a variety of RFP and RFQ listings both public and private.
  • Design and formulate plans within the team for building functional AVL systems.
  • Coordinate logistics of product and materials movement for projects.
  • Develop documentation surround projects and their systems operations
  • Communicate with customers and clients about their billing and payment requirements.
  • Install, program, commission, and operate functional AVL systems.
  • Develop & implement office administrative procedures ordering, shipping, & receiving
  • Maintain office records and other important documents
  • Track all business contact information and ensure up to date data is maintained.
  • Support company marketing efforts and content creation
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relatable work experience
  • AVIXA Certification (not required but given priority)
  • Associates Degree
